Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Production Engineer to oversee and optimize assembly line operations at our Aurangabad plant. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, lead a team of technicians, and implement lean practices to minimize downtime and ensure strict adherence to safety and quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily production schedules and resource allocation to meet delivery targets.\n- Lead root-cause analysis (RCA) investigations for any quality deviations or equipment failures.\n- Implement Kaizen and 5S frameworks on the shop floor to improve assembly line efficiency.\n- Collaborate with plant maintenance teams to schedule preventive maintenance and optimize OEE
