Role Overview
Ravan.ai is looking for a skilled Golang Developer with 2–4 years of professional experience to help build and scale production-grade distributed systems powering real-time AI voice agents and sales automation. The engineer will work on high-performance microservices handling real-time conversations, agent orchestration and multi-channel automation used by thousands of businesses. This role is suitable for a backend-focused engineer who enjoys writing clean and reliable Go code, solving production issues and contributing to systems operating at meaningful scale. Employment type: Full-time. Work mode: On-site at the New Delhi office. Candidates from anywhere in India may apply but must be willing to relocate and work from the office. Start date: Immediate.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and maintain scalable microservices using Go. Build and optimize APIs and backend services using Gin, gRPC and REST patterns. Implement background and asynchronous processing using Asynq or comparable systems. Build data-access layers using PostgreSQL and GORM or equivalent libraries. Debug and resolve production incidents, performance bottlenecks and reliability problems. Contribute to distributed-system architecture, consistency and failure-mode discussions. Improve system scalability, code quality, automated testing and operational reliability. Collaborate with engineering, product and AI teams on production integrations. Support Docker-based development and CI/CD delivery processes. Write clean, maintainable and well-tested production code.
