Role Overview
We are hiring a Quality Manager for BOPP film operations. The role anchors plant quality systems, customer complaint resolution, process capability reviews, and shift-level response discipline across the production and converting workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Own plant quality KPIs, escalation response, and audit readiness. - Lead customer complaint triage and structured CAPA closure with manufacturing teams. - Review process capability, defect trends, and control-plan adherence. - Build repeatable response playbooks for shift teams and functional partners. - Present weekly quality-risk summaries to plant and commercial stakeholders. - Strengthen documentation discipline for customer and internal audits.
