Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Production Engineer - Assembly to join our Operations team at the Aurangabad Plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing assembly line operations, driving efficiency, and ensuring product quality. This role requires 4 to 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong background in production management and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily assembly line operations to achieve production targets and schedules. Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency. Conduct Root Cause Analysis for production issues, defects, and downtime, implementing effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). Ensure strict adherence to Quality Control standards and procedures throughout the assembly process. Monitor and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by analyzing performance data and implementing improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and drive continuous improvement.
