Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager - BOPP Film with 7 to 12 years of experience. This role anchors plant quality systems, customer complaint resolution, process capability reviews, and shift-level response discipline across the production and converting workflow.
Key Responsibilities
Own plant quality KPIs, escalation response, and audit readiness. Lead customer complaint triage and structured CAPA closure with manufacturing teams. Review process capability, defect trends, and control-plan adherence. Build repeatable response playbooks for shift teams and functional partners. Present weekly quality-risk summaries to plant and commercial stakeholders. Strengthen documentation discipline for customer and internal audits.
